Mark Jenkins the manager of channel 4′s “The Hotel” was seen picking council flowers in one episode of the show prompting a viewer to complain. Torbay council has decided not to take any further action.
A Torbay Council spokesman said: “We are aware of this issue and are disappointed Mr Jenkins chose to gain publicity from his actions. For this reason, we did not feel it was in the public’s interest to generate any further publicity by taking any action against him.”
The ex Grosvenor Hotel boss has not been contacted over the complaint.
